The end of the year is coming which means it is time for officer elections. Ellen will be sending a follow-up email detailing the responsibilities of each position. If you have any interest in the following positions, or in just general helping, please let Ellen know:

We are off to a good start on raffle ticket sales. Everyone is encouraged to sell/buy their initial $20 of tickets and then go above and beyond and sell an additional $20 or more. Anyone who has an idea (and/or willingness to take) for the quilts to be displayed, please contact Ann. As of this meeting Karen reports $986 in raffle sales (all profit).
Senior services suggested items are Kleenex and other paper products. Money is always welcome if you can’t bring items. Labels and batting are available for senior quilts, contact Bev
Our program for October is Kelsey and Nichole from Village Fabric Shop.
Remember to make the Bookmarks and Pincushions for our meeting in October if you are interested in doing the swap. Also, November we will be doing a Christmas ornament swap. Kara sent an email earlier with ideas for the swaps if you need help.
